Customer flow at CSD was chaotic and they needed a solution to efficiently manage it. CSD opted for Qmatic at Karachi and Peshawar Centres initially for an improved and organised customer flow.

Canteen Stores Department (CSD) has passed through various stages, since its inception in 1913. In the past sixty five years CSD network has undergone rapid growth. 

CSD offers Hire Purchase Scheme, under this scheme durable household items from electronics, bikes, cars etc. are sold to armed forces personnel and some fraternal organisations on easy instalments. The daily customer flow is about 100 people.

To manage customer flow, S-Tech provided customer journey management solution and deployed Qmatic Solo that does not require a PC. Qmatic Spotlight display shows different product videos  and offers along with ticket number information to facilitate customers.
